Order Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number and details of the courier company handling your delivery. You can also track your order status by clicking the 'Your Orders' option in the 'My Account' section on our website. Please note that order tracking will be available 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Charges

Thermocool offers free delivery on most items. However, if your cart value is less than Rs. 750, a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 70 will be added.

Delivery Locations

Thermocool delivers to most locations across India. The availability of delivery to your specific pin code will be automatically indicated when you enter your pincode during the checkout process.

Delivery Process

Orders will be delivered by third-party couriers and logistics companies or Postal Services. Our partners are selected to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

Receiving Your Order

If you are not available to receive your parcel, our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts and will also try to contact you via phone or SMS. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us, and you will be entitled to a full refund.

Goods Receipt

Please ensure that the receipt of goods is signed upon delivery. Thermocool takes no responsibility for goods receipt signed by someone other than the person who placed the order. As transactions are authorized by the cardholder, Thermocool is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

Damage After Delivery

Thermocool is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery. Any claims for damage must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Additionally, shortages must be noted on the signed Goods Receipt and reported immediately to the delivery person or via an unboxing video.

Undelivered Orders

If your order status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please report this to us within 24 hours so we can assist you. Failure to report within this time frame may limit our ability to address your concern.

Multiple Shipments

For orders containing multiple products, delivery may occur in multiple shipments. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Estimated shipping and delivery timelines will be available on your order details page. While we strive to meet these timelines, there may be unforeseeable delays beyond our control. If a delay occurs, you will be notified via email with the reason for the delay. You can then choose to either cancel the order or wait for the product to be delivered.

Thermocool shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss due to order cancellation or delivery delays.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability of products, offers, and services on our website are subject to change without prior notice at Thermocool's sole discretion. The prices displayed on the website include Goods and Services Tax (GST) but do not include delivery charges. Prices and offers in offline stores or on third-party e-commerce platforms may vary from those on the Thermocool website.
