Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on the Thermocool website can be cancelled only before they are packaged for shipping. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please send an order cancellation request through the Contact Us section on our website.

If your order was placed using an EMI option, please contact your issuing bank for any interest or closure fees associated with the EMI cancellation. Thermocool is not responsible for these fees.

If you cancel an order that was placed at a special price or under a promotional offer (such as cashback, exchange, upgrade, or any other deal), you can avail of the same offer on a new transaction only after the successful processing of your refund. The new transaction must meet all the original offer terms to be eligible for the benefits again.

In the unlikely event that a cancelled order is still delivered, please raise a return request within 24 hours using our Contact Us section. Returns will be accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and has the brand seal intact.

Damaged Product or Product Not as Described

To ensure your satisfaction, please open the packaging only in the presence of a Thermocool installation engineer. If the product is found to be damaged or faulty, immediately contact Thermocool Customer Care at 9508695086. The installation engineer should record the nature of the damage or fault.

To be eligible for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products, the installation by a Thermocool engineer must be scheduled and completed within 72 hours of delivery. Unboxing the product without an installation representative or without the consent of Thermocool personnel will result in the refusal of claims for damages. Claims for external damage or defects will not be accepted if the customer begins using the product.

In cases of proven damage, the Thermocool installation engineer will replace the damaged part as per our process.

If the product needs to be returned due to damage:

Inform customer care and share images of the damaged parts at thermocoolindia@yahoo.com within 48 hours of the installation engineer’s visit.

Thermocool reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the fault before processing the return.

Upon confirmation of the return pickup by Thermocool, repack the product and keep it ready for collection.

Defective Product

If you receive a product that is defective, malfunctions, or does not function as advertised, please contact Thermocool Customer Care at 9508695086 for assistance.

Product Not Delivered as Per Delivery Confirmation

If you have not received your product despite a delivery confirmation message, report the issue to Thermocool Customer Care at 9508695086 within 24 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation message.
